Hello Reader, As you realize, Mother's Day can bring strong feelings of all sorts.... sadness for those who long to be mothers and aren't, reminiscing for happy memories of mothers long gone, and happiness and excitement for expectant mothers-- plus many more situations. Obviously, none of us would be here without our mothers! A couple years ago, I wrote about Solomon's mother. This year I'm writing about another woman who also happens to be one of King David's wives. Not much is known about their only son. Have you guessed? I'm speaking of Abigail. Well, let's get on with the Mother's Day food ideas!!

Hello Reader, Tomorrow I have a graduation party to go to-- how about you? I have 3 graduate announcements on my refrigerator. In a couple of years I will be planning my daughter's graduation, if all goes as planned.A week ago I picked up some free locking flooring and I've been spending my spare time since then putting it in our attic. I don't care for the quality of this locking flooring and wouldn't want to pay for it and use it anywhere else-- but it sure does make our attic look alot...
Hello Reader, School will soon be out! It's a little bittersweet this year for me, as it is the last year homeschooling my son. He has been accepted into a local vo-tech school for highschool in the fall, and we're looking forward to all that he is going to learn there!Once again, I've joined up with some blogger friends to bring you some new and different ideas.
